Delete your account and associated data
You can request permanent deletion without installing or signing in to the app.
Request deletion by email
Email support@tokenpress.blog from the email associated with your Tokenpress account. Use the subject Tokenpress account deletion request and include your display name. If you cannot access that email, explain this so support can help verify ownership. Never send your password or full bank credentials.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your email service. Support verifies ownership before processing your request and confirms completion by email.
Delete in the app
Open Profile → Delete account, read the explanation, confirm your password, tick the confirmation box, and select Permanently delete account. Account access closes when the request is accepted; data cleanup runs in the background.
Wallet and pending transactions
Withdraw funds you want to keep and resolve pending funding or withdrawals before deleting. Deletion does not request a payout or refund. You lose access to wallet funds and Professional benefits. Contact support if a pending transaction prevents you from settling your account; you can still request deletion through the email pathway above.
What is deleted and retained?
We delete your login, profile, posts you currently own, comments, video links, follows, push registrations and account chat conversations. This cannot be undone. Posts already sold to another user and copies held outside Tokenpress are not removed by account deletion.
We retain necessary transaction, funding, withdrawal, reward and fraud-prevention records, including relevant payment details, for settlement, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention lasts only as long as necessary for those purposes; records under an active dispute or legal hold remain until it is resolved and applicable retention obligations expire. A minimal deletion record prevents the account from being recreated.
